All the returned items must be in new/unused condition and include all original paper work. If applicable, all security tags, labels and original packaging must be also intact.
In the case of manufacturing defect the product should be returned to us. Please do not accept packages that show extensive damage or tampering. If the purchase was damaged during the shipping, all insurance claims are to be handled through the carrier.
